Month-to-Month Service

Existing clients are not locked into a new one-year agreement unless a separate written agreement, proposal, or invoice specifically says otherwise.

Existing managed website services are provided on a month-to-month basis. This includes hosting, support, maintenance, updates, and any other services included in the client's current service package.

30-Day Cancellation Notice

Client may cancel month-to-month managed website services at any time by providing written notice.

A 30-day cancellation notice is required.

Because services are billed in advance and Company must reserve hosting, support, maintenance, and management resources, Client remains responsible for the next billing cycle after cancellation notice is given.

For example, if Client recently paid an invoice and then provides cancellation notice, the next scheduled invoice will still be due and charged as the final service-period payment. After that final billing cycle is paid, there are no further monthly service obligations unless additional services are requested.

No Long-Term Obligation for Existing Month-to-Month Clients

For existing month-to-month clients, cancellation does not create a remaining annual balance, long-term service penalty, or additional monthly obligation beyond the required 30-day notice period and final billing cycle.

Any unpaid invoices, approved additional work, third-party costs, or transfer/export fees remain due.

Website Transfer Options

Client may take the website at any time using one of the available transfer methods below, provided all outstanding invoices, final billing-cycle charges, approved additional work, and applicable transfer/export fees are paid.

Company does not provide server access, hosting account access, cPanel access, WHM access, root access, FTP/SFTP access, SSH access, database access, or access to Company-managed infrastructure.

This restriction protects Company systems, hosting security, backups, performance, and other clients.

Third-Party Extraction Option

Client may hire a third party to recreate, copy, extract, or rebuild the public-facing website design and content from the live website.

This option does not include access to Company servers, hosting accounts, backend systems, proprietary tools, premium licenses, development methods, or internal infrastructure.

Company Website Packaging Option

If Client wants Company to package the website files and available database materials for transfer to another provider, Company can provide a website packaging/export service for a fee of $795.

This service includes reasonable preparation of transferable website files and available website database materials, which will be provided to Client by email, file-sharing link, or another delivery method selected by Company.

The $795 packaging/export fee does not include website migration, installation on another server, troubleshooting another provider's hosting, DNS changes, email setup, software license transfers, premium plugin licenses, theme licenses, custom redevelopment, or support for a third-party developer unless separately quoted.

Items Not Included in Transfer

Website transfer, extraction, or packaging does not include Company's server environment, hosting account, control panel, internal tools, agency software, premium licenses, reusable code libraries, proprietary systems, development processes, security configurations, backup systems, or any third-party tools that cannot legally or technically be transferred.

Final Account Balance Required

Before any website packaging, export, or transfer assistance is provided by Company, Client must pay all outstanding balances, including unpaid invoices, the final billing-cycle charge required under the 30-day cancellation notice, approved additional work, third-party costs, and the $795 packaging/export fee if applicable.

Company may pause hosting, support, transfer assistance, or packaging work until the account is paid in full.
