Work may be paused if payments are late or incomplete. Monthly services may be paused, cancelled, or suspended if payment is not received.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for website design, development, setup work, consulting, creative work, and marketing services are not refundable once work has started.
Refunds and Chargebacks
Payments are not refundable unless a specific written agreement says otherwise.
Website design, development, setup, strategy, marketing, and consulting services require time and labor. Because this work begins shortly after approval or payment, refunds are not provided simply because a client changes their mind, delays the project, chooses another provider, or decides not to continue.
Clients agree to contact Webmasters Desktop, LLC directly regarding any billing concerns before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
Monthly Services and Cancellations
Monthly services may include hosting, website maintenance, updates, SEO, marketing, reporting, consulting, or other ongoing support.
Monthly services may be cancelled with written notice before the next billing date unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Cancellation stops future work and future billing. It does not refund previous payments or work already performed.
